OUR JEWELRY

Each IZA item is hand made with precision and care. Our designs preserve subtle details from our jewelers’ hands and enhance the natural beauty of our materials. We make your pieces in small, made-to-order batches using the finest quality materials.


MADE IN NEW YORK CITY

IZA jewelry is designed in our New York studio and made-to-order by Silvia D’avila [Founder and Designer] in New York City. All pieces are cast from recycled plated gold and silver whenever possible, and made with the finest material. IZA proudly works with local, family-owned, businesses based in New York. We have strong relationships with these vendors and guarantee you quality. 

GENERAL SHIPPING

IZA ships worldwide! Please see "IMPORTANT" section below regarding international shipments.

Items in stock will ship within 2 business days from purchase, otherwise they will be made specially for your order and will require 2-3 weeks before shipping. Orders shipping within the Continental US will ship via Standard (2-7 business days) or Second Day (2 business days) insured with tracking. If you are located in the Non Continental US, your order will be shipped via Second Day for a flat rate of $28. Domestic purchases over $500 qualify for complimentary Second Day Shipping. 

PLEASE NOTE: A signature upon delivery is required for orders over $500.

IMPORTANT: All international shipments are sent via UPS or FEDex (3-5 business days) for a flat rate of $48. Please note that IZA includes detailed documents that necessary to allow for a smooth arrival in your country, however international packages may be subject to customs fees nonetheless. We hope you understand that these charges are outside of IZA’s authority, as they are defined by foreign government officials. These fees are therefore not included in IZA's shipping prices. While we are happy to assist with providing copies of the original documents sent alongside the package, these charges are the customer's responsibility to pay. Items that are unclaimed by a customer and returned to our studio will not be reshipped unless all incurred fees are payed for. Please be aware that discounts are included for the original purchases only - they cannot be applied to returns or exchanges of any kind. IZA does not refund for lost or stolen packages, nor is it responsible for items not received due to an incorrect shipping address.


EXCHANGES / CREDITS / RETURNS

HOLIDAY 2018 RETURN POLICY: 

Our holiday return policy is extended until January 16th, 2019 and applies to all eligible items purchased between November 26th and December 22nd, 2018.

Exchanges, Credits, and Refunds are accepted until 10 days after the item is received. Items must be in their original, brand new condition, showing no signs of having been worn or used. These items must be returned within the 10 days and MUST include its original packaging, receipt of purchase and a return form issued by our studio. Please contact info@izabysilviadavila.com immediately to address your request and include a reason for return and we will then issue you a Return Form and shipping details.

* Discounted items are eligible for exchange or online store credit only. As noted on their product pages, certain pieces from the Futures Collection are final sale, and are therefore not eligible for exchange, credit, nor return. Custom pieces, pieces marked as "SPECIAL ORDER," and shipping are not eligible for exchange, credit, nor return.

In the event of a valid exchange/refund/credit, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs (including a secure tracking number & insurance) involved for returning the item. IZA does not refund items that are lost or damaged in transit back to our studio - please be sure to package your items with extra padding and to include secure tracking information and insurance for your own protection. If an item is for some reason received damaged, please email Customer Service immediately with a clear description of the item and include a photograph. 

IMPORTANT: Please note that in order to process an exchange, credit or refund, the item must go through the process above first so that we know to expect it alongside our other incoming shipments. IZA is not liable for items returned without prior notification or requested documents. These items will not be accepted and will be returned immediately to sender.

CARE 

Our jewelry is special. It is delicate by nature of being small and we encourage customers to take extra care when wearing it daily. An easy tip is taking off your rings when you are doing rough hand work that may damage a stone or the shape of a ring as well as avoid deep scratches. We also recommend taking your jewelry off when washing your hands, showering and sleeping. When putting on sweaters, going through pockets, etc. we also recommend spinning the rings to the inside of your hand to avoid the shapes or prong settings from getting caught on anything. (It helps to make a fist around them when putting on sweaters!)

We do not recommend our open rings as adjustable! If they fit like a glove, they will have a long life, and we recommend this over any shortcuts.

We're proud of our materials and guarantee the best selection that is available. Please note that while we guarantee this quality, we, however, cannot promise exact replicas of the colors photographed due to the natural variations within the material + craftsmanship.
